My biggest lesson learned from losing weight...
My biggest lesson learned from losing weight - BE PATIENT. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week, so if you want to lose 100 pounds, it's likely going to take 2 years.


It took me the most time to get over my fast food addiction, and self control was honestly the hardest part. But I'm 8 months into a this weight loss journey and I can't believe how far I've come. I can't wait to see how much more I grow in the next year!
