All NATURAL in 10 months from 205 to 134 and my youngest son just turned one for all you postpartum moms🥰🤱🏾🥳

I only really do chicken and turkey mainly but it's usually to add flavor to my vegetables because I am scared to fully cut back until I got my mind set right and have discovered recipe's. But I've been maintaining by switching to eating clean, nutrition, prayer, worshipping, my faith and 20% exercise


I removed little by little out of my diet for the past 10 months. I love my green tea (no sugar or calories) I eat alot of vegetables and fruit now. I've done a no meat challenge for 14 days that I have documented, I've done my homemade protein health shakes that's documented. I've been doing intermittent fasting for the past month and I've done 3, 24 hour fast since October 30 for spiritual purpose and for my health.
