Once I lose X lbs I know I will be happy!
I thought weight loss would make me happy.

“Once I lose X lbs I know I will be happy!”

Does that sound like you? I know for the longest time, I thought once I hit my “goal weight” that I would be happy, and that’s it!

Well, what happened? I lost all my weight. But I still wasn’t happy. I was still stressed about food. Still stressed about not missing a workout.

I couldn’t eat that food cause it was “bad” and I’d over compensate at the gym if I did eat it. I was a slave to living a healthy lifestyle.

After a while, I found myself putting on some weight because I said “screw this”. I still had an all or nothing mindset even after losing all my weight.

It wasn’t until I learned how to find my balance that I have found happiness in my lifestyle. I love to fuel my body with lean protein sources, fruits, and veggies...

But I also love to go out to eat with friends or my fiancé and enjoy a burger and ice cream.

When I learned that we are what we do MOST of the time, and not what we do SOME of the time, I created the perfect balance for myself.
