Should Boomer Women over 50 fitness enthusiasts
Flex Friday. Working on shoulders and bicep peak! At age 53 my skin and elasticity in not like it use to be in my 30s and 40s so eating the proteins to fill up the muscles improves the skin. Time and repetition! Goal is Masters Pro in September and I’m on track with prep. My weight is 118 today and check in with coach is on target!
