Weight loss, Do not give yourself a timeline to hit your goal
I know a lot of people got concerned with how long it is taking them to lose weight. It took me 2 years and 18 days to lose 50 lbs but a lot happened in those two years. I started my journey January 5 2018 and had lost 39 lbs by July when I found out I was pregnant. I ended up gaining 20 lbs during my pregnancy and gave birth to my beautiful son who was stillborn in March of 2019. It was the single most devastating thing I have ever been through in my life. 


About a month after when I felt like I had lost my mind I remembered how focused working out and eating right kept me and I was desperate to have some sort of normalcy in my life again. Between my family and getting back to a healthy routine again I over came A LOT. By the end of January of this year I hit my goal and am now going to keep maintaining and toning. Moral of the story is, do not give yourself a timeline to hit your goal, go at your own pace. If you want it bad enough you will get there just don't EVER give up ❤️
