The Ultimate How-To of Getting Lower Abs, Shedding Body Fat and Getting Ripped As a Wolverine! :

The ultimate body is one that is not just healthy and fit, but one that is ripped to pieces. A clearly defined six pack, a chiseled chest and looks like it is carved of stone. It is not easy to achieve, but with the right information you are heading a step in the direction of the stone mason. Back in the days before Acai pill bottles, ab machines and Muscle Magazines, there were a generation of true warriors. These were men with bodies that looked as hard as stone, and they were as hard as stone. These are the men who ate diets of fruit, vegetables, lean meats and not much else.

Lifting weights, wrestling lions and fighting enemies to the death were just another boring day in the life on these men.

I am not telling you to go and and obliviate your neighbour and their pet cat, but just pointing out that today's bodybuilders and the warriors of milleniums ago are not too dissimilar.

They both worked jolly hard for their results, the both lift weights, they both follow strict diets and they all have a vision of their end result.

The way to getting a ripped six pack with sexy lower abs is getting your body fat percent down to a low single digit number for males and a low teens for females.

The best way to do this is through interval training and weight lifting. Here are a couple of sample workouts that if you used a few times a week, will get you ripped. Just remember you must put the effort in.



Workout 1:

Bench Press: 3 x 8

Squats: 3 x 8

Over head press: 3 x 8

Barbell rows: 3 x 8

Dead lifts: 3 x 8

Calf raises: 3 x 8

Workout 2:

This type of workout should be done twice a week max. It is hard on your body, and although it does burn a lot of fat it should only be used twice a week. It takes your body a while to recover from an intense session of interval training, so space out the days you do it by at least 2 days.

Interval training is where you pick an activity that you can do that gets you puffing. Lets take boxing as an example. You stretch, warm up and start hitting the bag lightly. After a minute of this, throw everything you have got at the bag, non stop for 30 seconds. After this you take it lightly for a minute and then resume the intense 30 seconds again. Rinse and repeat till your stuffed!
