Weight Loss All Natural - Here is Your First 5 Steps
A weight loss all natural and easy is what everyone wants but if you are overweight and you want to lose weight then there are many ways to do it - at least that's what the big diet companies say. Just take a pill, eat some berries, don't do any exercises, do exercises do this and do that - no wonder if you get confused. But at least there are people in the same situation as you that are out there - online - and ready to reach out and lend a helping hand.

When you start a weight loss the all natural way then there are some basic advices that you should know and follow because it will only make it easier to lose weight in the long run.

1. Water - drink plenty of water. Yes you have heard it before but it is the most important part of a diet that will lead to number 2:

2. Don't drink soft drinks! They are sweetened with sugar or the just as bad sugar free sweeteners. There is a lot of studies in this subject at the moment and it looks like they will say that diet soft drinks are bad for you.

3. Exercise - to diet and lose weight you need to exercise on a regular basis. To walk from the sofa to the fridge and back just isn't good enough and more is needed. You should do at least 30 minutes of exercise where your heart is working hard no less than 3 times per week. The more the better. If you can squeeze in 4-5 hours per week then you should be OK.

4. Eat less. Yes I know that it may hurt a little but your portion sizes have to be cut a little. There are some really good tips you can use to make it easier for you: Never take seconds. Fill your plate with what you need of calories to survive. You can also get some smaller plates because your eyes get full before your stomach.

5. Eat 5-6 times per day but of course smaller portions per meal. If you schedule follow a normal day then it could be something like this:

7 AM Breakfast

9 AM Snack (fruit)

12 Lunch

3 PM Snack (fruit)

6 PM Dinner

9 PM Snack (fruit) (optional)

A weight loss all natural done is not that difficult to start on and it is a lot easier to stay on than a lot of the "lose weight in 10 days" weight loss programs that are out there.
