Muscle quicly not such a thing, but years of constant training and adequate diet. For muscle growth you want to do 8 to 12 reps using a weight that is challenging enough so that you cannot do more reps than that. For example, if you do dumbell press with 40kg dumbell and can reach 13 reps or more on all your sets.


You need to add more weight. On the other hand, if you use 40kg dumbell and do: 1st set 10 reps
2nd set 9 reps
3rd set 7 reps
4th set 6 reps
You are using too much weight and should lower the load.
Make sure your you use the full range of motion. And rest 45 seconds to a minute between reps and sets. Have a good gainz
