Workout tips : The water

One can live several days without eating, but it is impossible to survive without drinking.
Water is the main constituent of the body. It represents about 60% of the weight. It permeates all tissues, presides over most chemical reactions and biological functions including the transport of minerals. Water also helps in the disposal of organic waste. Every day we evacuate one to three liters of water through breathing, sweating, urine and stool. These quantities must absolutely be replaced. If the contribution is greater than the loss, the surplus will be automatically eliminated.


You never drink too much water
At least two liters of fluid should be absorbed each day, but preferably three, in order for the body to be able to perform its basic chemical reactions. The water in the food supplies about one liter of fluid daily. Fruits and vegetables are about 85% water and bread contains 35%. There remains one or two liters to absorb in different forms: water, tea, herbal teas, infusions, lean soups, etc...
