BREAKFAST 🍳 Good morning! I wanted to talk about breakfast when it's Sunday today.
The most important meal for us is breakfast.

1 - t was found that people skipping breakfast tend to eat more during the day.
2 - Protein nutrients are required for breakfast to keep blood sugar regular.
3 - Don’t bypass the egg

4 - A healthy breakfast should consist of at least three and more food groups. These food groups can be cereals, vegetables, fruits, dairy products, meat and alternatives. Thus, the required energy level during the day is also provided.
5 - Skipping breakfast causes behavioral and emotional problems.

So most importantly
Ah The breakfast must have something to do with happiness! 😻🍳.
