Weight loss, Where did I start?
𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐝𝐨 𝐨𝐧 𝐚 𝐝𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐬, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝗙𝗔𝗜𝗟!⁣

Wait, what?? ⁣

𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘮𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘵. ⁣

If you are just starting your fat loss journey, and you currently don’t exercise, don’t track your food, etc. then trying to mimic my current lifestyle, it will not work for you. ⁣

I did not start out by working out 5-6 days a week or hitting 10,000 steps a day. ⁣

I did not start out tracking and weighing all my food. ⁣

I did not start out drinking a gallon of water everyday.⁣


𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝘆 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟱. ⁣

START SMALL! ⁣

Where did I start? ⁣

I walked a few days a week. Strength trained 1-2 times a week. And I reached for healthier, more nutrient dense foods. ⁣

Once that became habitual, I added more. ⁣.
And all those small steps I took added up and turned into HUGE results. ⁣

I’m not saying you 𝘤𝘢𝘯’𝘵 start by tracking your food or working out 5-6 days a week. ⁣.
But the easier we make it on ourselves starting out, the more likely we are to stick with it! ⁣

So no, there is no action that is “too small” or “not enough” because it will eventually lead to another step in the right direction.⁣

You don’t have to go from 0-100 overnight.
