The easiest way to start working out for women is sprinting. Sprinting is a very under-rated workout for building lean abs. Many people don't understand how sprinting involves practically all the muscles of the body including the abs. So they should start off their workout routine with sprints. The proper way to do sprints is to run with all your might. If you were to literally run for your life because you were being chased by a wild animal, that would be the ideal kind of intensity you should achieve when you sprint.

The next thing to pay attention to in order to sculpt your abs is your diet. There are only a few simple cardinal rules to remember. The first is to avoid grains, the second is to avoid sugar in all its forms (including fruit juice), the third is to avoid all processed foods and drinks, the fourth is to avoid all hydrogenated oils and the fifth is to avoid starchy vegetables. It's also important to eat fruits and nuts in moderation.



The next thing essential for supplementing ab workouts is to get enough sleep at night and sunlight during the day. This is important because of the benefits you get by getting sufficient sleep and sunlight because they effect the way your body looks in many ways.

That's because I wanted to draw your attention to the fact that there are other (surprising and effective) ways to tone your abs which you probably might not have heard of before and I wanted to share those tips with you first.
