On the other hand forcing yourself to do something will not work in the long term and the aim of this article is to get permanent results. Being lean, toned and healthy is a lifestyle not just a quick diet or something temporary you can do.

Use the power of your mind

Thinking your self thin is not possible on the other hand some of the most successful people, actors and models in the world are using the power of their unconscious mind to achieve any goal they have. It is fascinating people are spending days and weeks to plan their vaccination. But they don't spend time to plan their lives. Learn how to set proper goals is the first steps to achieve your dream body. What you need to do right now is only focus on what you want, the end result. Do not waste your time and (mental) energy with questions like Why am I fat or I don't have time to workout or I can't or I will try. You don't need to lose weight but fat

Real body fat loss should be your goal not just weight loss. Being focused on the numbers of the scale will not help you further. A normal weight scale does not tell you if you lose water weight, muscle mass or stubborn body fat. Do not worry about what the scale says. Your ratio of muscle to fat is what really counts.
