How to Get a Bikini Ready Body Fast (Part 2) :

Increase metabolism

To achieve a bikini-ready body you will have to eat more frequent. Eat every three waking hours this way you give your body a sign that you are active. Eating small frequent meals during the day is a great method to get your cravings under control. You are constantly burning calories and you don't lose lean muscle mass.

Cardio is more then running on a treadmill

First of all you may have hear the term "cardio is dead" this is not trough cardio is essential in every fat loss programme. However another thing to mention is that your body adapts very quickly do the same treadmill exercise over and over again and you will hit a fat loss plateau very soon. One of my favourite cardio exercises is rowing this can be done with a machine or as an outdoor activity. Another thing you can do is Stairclimbing or swimming. It is recommended to do swimming workout at least once per week.


Lift those weights

If you truly want to have a toned sexy body you will have to do weight lifting whether you like it or not. Weight lifting is your secret tool to get a toned body but it will not make you look like a female bodybuilder. Cardio and dieting is not enough to lose stubborn body fat. If you don't lift weights you lose lean muscle mass, if you lose muscle your resting metabolic rate will decrease and you burn fewer calories.
