Im 2 years into this journey and still losing. About 20 pounds from goal. 96.6 pounds down. Blue plan from start, then purple November of 2019 just to switch things up. I love purple because it helps me focus more on whole foods versus processed. I still eat processed foods but not as much as I was before.
I always get asked for tips and tricks, and all I can say is this:
1. Never give up....if you have an off day or off week.....KEEP GOING. You can't undo weeks of progress in a weekend.
2. Do not deprive yourself. If you want something that will put you over your points and you think its worth it......HAVE IT! And don't feel guilty about it for a second.
3. Do NOT compare YOUR journey to someone elses. I don't care if it took Jessica 10 months to lose 100 pounds and it has taken me more than 2 years....I'm still here, doing the dang thing. Its not a race and there is no time limit.
