3 - Do cardio :
I recommend you do cardio 2-3 times a week.
Ideally you will divide your toning goal into two phases. In the first
phase lasting a couple weeks do more weights and less cardio.
This
will give you some bulk from which you can then sculpt your ideal
figure by using cardio in the second phase. In the second phase do more
cardio and train with lighter weights.
Follow these guidelines and I guarantee you will get toned!
