I have worked out my entire life with some sort of activity with sports, swimming, running, hiking and weights. It’s been challenging with a smaller body frame to build muscle. I’ve consistently been around 120 pounds at 5’ 7 1/2.
Decided in December to continue with my cardio but to reach for my dreams of a more muscular physique. I have lots of energy and always have….to raise my three children and now my grandchildren! And, now that I’m an empty-nester, I have more time! 54 and aging with grace!
