I have been intermittent fasting for a couple of years now, with very good results.
The difference between these two photos is 40 DAYS, I am still doing 16:8 / 18:6
So what’s different?
Firstly, water!!! - cannot tell you how important it is! I now drink 4 litres a day and feel incredible as a result.
I am also moving my butt!! Twice a day for a minimum of 45 mins each.
Fast paced walking (usually around 5k)

Yoga
Low impact cardio workout.
I opt for walking 75% of the time.
I removed alcohol and sugar and make food choices my body needs rather than what my cravings require to control me even more.
I still have work to do, but if I can create this progress and more importantly feel great whilst doing it, so can you! 💪❤️
