Most workout programs out there today revolve around squats, dead lifts, and the bench press. Also known as "The Big 3." These moves will without a doubt pack on some serious muscle, but that is not what we are looking for. I know, I know, light the torches and find the "bodybuilding heretic." Let me first explain.
If you are looking at plainly packing on pounds no matter where it end ups, then by all means knock yourself out.. But if you want to pack on the right amount of muscle in all the right places and convert your body into a visual masterpiece, avoid these lifts at all cost!
