Strategic Muscle Gains For A Visually Stunning Body :

Strategic Muscle Gains For A Visually Stunning Body

I understand that what I am saying is very contrary to what you may have heard, but stick with me. Squats and dead-lifts pack on a lot of muscle in the thighs, rear, and waist. When too much muscle is added to these areas of the body, it takes away from the natural "V" of your upper body. It also gives your lower body that cheesy, rounded, bodybuilder look. Good luck fitting into normal pants as well. Abercrombie models don't have this problem because they typically skip out on direct leg work all together.

You want to have defined legs, not massive tree trunks. This can be achieved by working out the legs with both plyometrics and high intensity interval training. I also would prefer that you stray away from the traditional bench press. The lower muscles in your chest almost always develop faster and larger which can give you a shape. You want the line that goes up your chest all the way to your collar-bone. This is why it is key to focus on building the upper and inner pecs.
