1) Do the opposite of everyone else
I'm not even joking-you can almost go the gym, watch what 95% of the people are doing, and do the complete opposite.

4) Eat only whole foods
Eliminate any and every processed food source from your diet. These foods are POISON to your body... they are extremely difficult to digest and the nutrition you do get is far infeior to what comse from whole food.
5) Drink more water
If you are following the conventional "8 glasses a day" your doctor recommended, you aren't getting enough.
What's the right amount?
