How to Do Seal Jacks

Seal jacks are a full-body exercise that can help you increase your heart rate and improve your cardiovascular health. Here's how to do seal jacks:

1 - Start by standing with your feet together and your arms at your sides.

2 - Jump up and spread your feet shoulder-width apart while simultaneously raising your arms up and out to the sides until they're level with your shoulders.

3 - As you land, bring your feet back together and lower your arms back down to your sides.

4 - Repeat the movement, jumping up and spreading your feet apart while raising your arms up and out to the sides, then returning to the starting position as you land.

5 - Continue performing the seal jacks for a set amount of time, such as 30 seconds or a minute, or do a certain number of repetitions, such as 10 or 20.

6 - To make the exercise more challenging, you can add resistance by holding dumbbells or water bottles in your hands.

Remember to maintain proper form throughout the exercise. Keep your core engaged and your back straight, and land softly to minimize the impact on your joints. With practice, seal jacks can be a fun and effective addition to your fitness routine.
