What are your favorite lower) weight routines for mass building? :

All work is done to 12-15 reps trying to use enough weight that 12-15 is a struggle to finish with correct form. It is a good way to go easy on the joints and it helped me get unstuck. It’s hard to adjust your head if you are looking for PR’s or want to throw around a lot of weight it is hard to be disciplined to stay the course.
Physical anomalies have cause me to have to switch to this and it has served me well. My PCP puts me on a Styku machine every month and it measures everything. Fat mass, lean mass, differences from previous scans etc. Valuable tool.
When you can do 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps without breaking form, add weight.
