Progress Pic from Today's Training, My Natural Weight Loss Transformation

Progress Pic from Today's Training, My Natural Weight Loss Transformation

First pic: About a month into my new lifestyle (I was already almost 20 lbs less than my starting weight at that point).

I strongly believe in the natural (and slower) way of losing weight. If possible, try adapting to healthier habits and choices. It's a process, that's for sure.

Maybe even try doing the aftercare of weight loss surgery to see how that goes before jumping to surgery. With most of them, you'll be the same size post-op as pre-op. It's the work you put in after that makes the difference.

I'm not judgmental at all. I feel most of us simply don't know what we are capable of due to years of telling ourselves, "I can't."

When I started, I felt the same way. It seemed impossible to make real changes. But I took it one step at a time. I focused on making small, sustainable changes to my diet and exercise routine. I found activities I enjoyed and gradually increased the intensity. The progress was slow, but it was steady.

There were tough days when I felt like giving up. But I reminded myself why I started and kept pushing through. I realized that every healthy choice I made was a step closer to my goal.

The key is to be patient with yourself. Understand that it's a journey, and there will be ups and downs. Celebrate your victories, no matter how small they seem. Over time, these small changes add up to significant results.

Remember, you are stronger than you think. Your body is capable of amazing things. Trust the process and believe in yourself. You've got this! 💪💛
