Transforming My Life: One Year, 60 Pounds, and 20 More to Go

Transforming My Life: One Year, 60 Pounds, and 20 More to Go

A year ago today, I started a journey that felt both daunting and exciting. Looking at the photos from back then, it’s hard to believe how far I’ve come. When I began, I told myself that I needed to lose 60 pounds. It seemed like such a massive goal, but I was determined.

The first step was the hardest, making the commitment to change my lifestyle. I started with small changes, focusing on maintaining a calorie deficit and incorporating weight training and cardio into my routine. I began weight training three days a week and doing cardio two days a week. Over time, these small changes became habits, and the results started to show.

I’ve been using Zepbound to support my journey, and it has made a significant difference. Every pound lost was a victory, and seeing the numbers on the scale go down motivated me to keep pushing. I reached my initial goal of losing 60 pounds, which felt incredible, but I realized I wasn’t done yet.

Now, I’m setting my sights on a new goal: losing a total of 70 pounds. With 20 pounds left to go, I’m more motivated than ever. This journey has taught me that I am capable of more than I ever imagined. It’s not just about the weight loss; it’s about the strength, confidence, and determination I’ve gained along the way.

I’m excited to see where the next part of this journey takes me. Here’s to smashing goals and becoming the best version of myself. Let’s get rid of these last 20 pounds! 🥰💪🏼
