Absolutely! Consistency is key in all parts of life, especially when it comes to weight loss and fitness goals. It’s the small, everyday actions that truly add up to big results over time. I’m living proof of this—once upon a time, I couldn’t even fit into the red shirt I have in the picture because it was too tight. Fast forward to today, and now it’s way too big on me! It’s a reminder of how far I’ve come and how my persistence is paying off.

Now, I’m setting my sights on building strength and muscle definition. I’m putting in the work, pushing myself, and showing up day after day, even when the results aren’t immediately visible. The changes may seem subtle at first, but over time they really add up.


So, if you’re feeling discouraged, know that it’s normal—it’s part of the journey. Keep showing up for yourself, making those little shifts, and staying committed.
