From 310 lbs to 206 lbs: Reclaiming My Health and Confidence

From 310 lbs to 206 lbs: Reclaiming My Health and Confidence

Will I ever stop talking about this? Absolutely not! Am I super proud of myself? ABSOLUTELY!

From wearing 2XL/3XL shirts to fitting comfortably into large and medium tops—what a transformation! Leggings and sweats used to be 2XL/3XL or size 18/20 in jeans, but now I’m rocking large/medium leggings and sweats and size 12/14 jeans. Today, I’m wearing a medium sweatshirt, something I never thought I’d see myself in!

On the left, I was at my absolute heaviest—310 lbs—the day I decided to change my life in July 2020. I started losing weight, but life threw me a curveball: pregnancy. Between pregnancy and postpartum, I gained some back and stalled my progress for about 2.5 years.

But I didn’t give up. Slowly, I worked my way back to my journey, and here I am today at 206 lbs! I still have 50-60 lbs left to lose, but the changes I feel both physically and mentally are incredible.

It’s been a long road, full of ups and downs, but every step has been worth it. I feel better than I ever have before. This journey isn’t just about the weight—it’s about reclaiming my health, my confidence, and my joy.

To anyone out there working on their goals: keep going! It may take time, but you’ll get there, and it’ll feel amazing when you do. ❤️
