Lose weight... are you ready to change your life ?
It's not easy to go on a diet alone and go to the gym every other day ALONE!! This group's purpose is to motivate each other for a common goal... that is for WEIGHT LOSS!


Once we have a group of people.... we'll set up a weight goal whether it'd be 20 pounds less or i want abs in 6 months. Then we will work a meal plan.. and activities to make our goals happen.
Happy weight losing !!!! and toning up !!! and gaining muscles !!! and working out !!! and also still enjoying to eat the best pleasure in life... FOOD.
