Exercises For Bigger Biceps, Advanced Training Techniques, Bodybuilding Workout

The biceps are one of the most worked muscles in the room, and they are often poorly worked. To have the largest possible biceps, it is essential to develop all the muscles that constitute the "biceps", as well as full amplitude.

The biceps are composed of 4 main muscles :

The short portion of biceps
The long portion of the biceps
The anterior brachial
The coraco-brachial


The short and long portions are the two beams of the "real" biceps
Biceps muscles are not only used to flex the arm, they also have a role in wrist rotation.
During training, it is therefore necessary to work in flexion and rotation, to work all the functions of the muscle. This is how you will work your biceps completely.
The biceps are often worked with another muscle group, such as the back or pectorals but also with the triceps in order to do a session only for the arms.

A CLASSIC PROGRAM FOR BICEP TRAINING :

Biceps curl with EZ bar 4 sets of 6 to 10 repetitions
Curl dumbbell rotation 3 sets of 8 to 12 repetitions
Curl dumbbells on an inclined bench 2 sets of 15 repetitions
