Keto diet and intermittent fasting mindfulness eating habits works for me! Lost 60 lbs , cured high sugar , cholesterol,psoriasis, depression anxiety, chronic fatigue all in 6 months. Take the time you need to cut up vegetables and do the things you must do to lose this weight.


Do intermittent fasting,helped me lost weight. With low carbs, moderate protein and lots of veggies. Focus on complex carbs. Rule of plate, half veggies, quarter protein quarter carbs. And stay away from sugar. I don't count calories and have lost 33lbs so far.
