Any advice for my first Crossfitters class tomorrow morning ?

awesome!!! that’s the advice I ALWAYS give new CrossFitters!! And If coaches are encouraging weight before form, leave that box ASAP! It is NEVER worth sacrificing your body and risking potential injury for weight when you’re not ready!! I treat too many injuries resulting from too much weight before proper form is achieved.
Ive been doing crossfit for almost 5 years and i love it! Just do it and do what you can. Dont compare yourself to the girl next to you. Get to know your body and its limits. Once you know them and you are used to and know the movements then push past them. Allow yourself to feed off the energy. CrossFit is an amazing tool that will show you that you can do more than you could ever imagine! ... Good luck and have fun!!!
