This is my weight loss experience
Remember excerize is a celebration of what you can accomplish not a punishment for what you eat. Once you start to exercise you will find that it helps you eat better.
I started with 30 minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) classes. 30 minutes is not intimidating and it goes so fast. 

Go at your own pace find an understanding trainer and dont worry about other people. Start changing your diet slowly, dont expect everything to change all at once. Stick with it, you got this.
I’ve been on the keto diet and it seriously is amazing. It’s not hard either u can still eat deserts and stuff u just cut out carbs. There’s a bunch of keto recipes online. Def recommend it.!
