Attitude:
Attitude - all important. I don't think I can give
you any better tips than to stay positive and don't quit until you reach
your goal. Keep a positive attitude and you will reach your goals.
Don't ever give up, if something isn't working for you, then try
something else, don't say its impossible.
And don't make things seem so
hard, feeling healthy is fun. Eating right and exercising will make you
feel amazing. Keep a positive attitude, even if your progress seem to
plateau. Staying positive and knowing you will reach your goals and
knowing you won't quit until you do will ensure that you do reach your
goals.
