It does not matter how hard you push it in the weight room, or the intensity of your cardio...if you cannot create a slight calorie-deficit each week, you will NOT lose belly fat.



Guys who complain they cannot get cut abs need to look to their diet before they start messing with their workouts and cardio. You simply CANNOT work off or run off male belly fat. A solid conditioning plan must be complemented by a solid nutritional plan.

Start exercising portion control at each meal. Push away from 2nd's. There is no need to go back for more pasta or a roll. If you think you need more food, grab an apple. It will make you feel full and deliver excellent fiber.
