I get proper sleep, keep balanced -low stress, eat for nutrition and fitness, and study the exercises to make sure I have proper form before starting out. If I want to work on quads, I research which exercises are out there m, and which ones my body will get best results from. If I want faster results, I’ll do lunges, and other exercises that give me faster results. I have been mostly eating vegetarian lately making sure I take my multivitamin and that the food I’m eating is also supplementing my diet appropriately. I also track my calories which isn’t hard for me to do anymore. I have a wide variety of recipes and foods to enjoy so I don’t get annoyed with my food choices for the week. Mostly everything I eat I prepare at home. I spend about an hour and a half doing a combination of total body workouts, going heavy on the weights, with plenty of reps and 14 second rests in between each. This has maximized my results tremendously versus all the guessing I did last year. It’s all about researching food, time, exercises, and what my body will respond to the most.
