There have been several Canadian female bodybuilding champions over the years, who have achieved success at national and international competitions. Some notable Canadian female bodybuilding champions include:

1 - Cathy LeFrancois - She has won several titles, including the Ms. International title in 1996, 1997 and 1999. She was also the first Canadian woman to win the Arnold Classic in 1996.

2 - Marie-Laure Mahabir
- She won the IFBB Canadian Bodybuilding Championships in 2004 and went on to win the IFBB North American Bodybuilding Championships in 2005. She was also the winner of the IFBB World Amateur Championships in 2006.


3 - Heather Foster - She won the IFBB Canadian Bodybuilding Championships in 2006 and 2007. She was also the first Canadian woman to win the IFBB World Bodybuilding Championships in 2007.

4 - Kim Tilden - She won the IFBB Canadian Bodybuilding Championships in 2009 and 2010. She also competed at the Olympia in 2009 and 2010, finishing in 11th and 9th place respectively.

5 - Nathalie Falk - She won the IFBB Canadian Bodybuilding Championships in 2016 and went on to compete at the IFBB World Championships in 2017, finishing in 6th place.

These women have demonstrated exceptional dedication and discipline to achieve success in their respective bodybuilding careers, and have inspired many others to pursue their own fitness goals.
