Training tips (Part 1) :
Since there is no single exercise that
would involve all the back muscles, your session should include 1 to 2
exercises for each of them. To widen the dorsal muscles, the traction
movement at the fixed bar is one of the most efficient movements.
Regularly changes the type of traction with the wide and tight grip
variants, bar at the neck or chest and with or without weights.
Pay
attention to the details in order to make the most of this exercise.
Let your legs hang in the void and don't go up suddenly. On the
contrary, lift your body smoothly, then return to the starting position
by controlling the descent. Sudden gestures deflect the effort, removing
tension from the back muscles...
