Feeling great on my cut. Thank you keto! I also realized triple 0 oikos Greek yogurt has 22 grams of carbs per my usual serving. I don’t have patience for eggs and cheese but I think I’m going to have to start!
My usual lunch is my redcon 1 MRE lite protein shake (4g of carbs per 2 scoops!) and my tubberware container of veggies and junk. Dinner is chicken or fish with canned veggies or Brussels or asparagus
