I could feel my muscles bulge :

I could feel my muscles bulge
I flexed my biceps after bench-pressing as hard as I could for an hour. My muscles stretched and strained, and I felt a deep sense of satisfaction when I saw my muscles contract and expand. It was an incredible experience, and I can’t wait to train again so that I can feel that sensation again. But I was shocked when I saw a female bodybuilder on television. Her muscles were so much bigger than mine.

My muscles felt exhausted, but I knew I had made a strong effort. I felt like I had accomplished something, like I had done my best and my muscles had responded. I was proud of my body and the effort I had put into it. I was inspired by the female bodybuilders I had seen on television, who had developed muscles so large they seemed to swallow their bodies whole.

My muscles hurt, but they felt good. I flexed my triceps, which felt even better. I flexed my shoulders, which felt the best of all because I could feel them stretch. I flexed my chest, which felt the worst because it felt like I’d pushed something heavy through something small.

I could feel my muscles bulge, but I couldn't tell if they were bigger than they were before. I want to look in the mirror, but I don't have much of an idea of what I'm looking at. I'm ashamed of my body, but I'm also scared to go to the gym. I don't want to embarrass myself by seeing what I really look like.

My muscles felt like rocks. I flexed my triceps and my veins popped out of my skin. I felt invincible. I thought to myself, I could take on the world.
