Weight loss, But every day i fight the urge to under eat
After almost 1.5 years of losing weight (since the day my daughter was born), I have decided to stop. Went from 125 kg to 73 kg, which puts me in normal weight range for my 1.81 m height. And I must say - stopping is harder for me than starting. The plan is to slowly reverse diet, until I hit maintenance. But every day i fight the urge to under eat, because I now need to weigh myself every day and the fluctuations mess with me hard. Before I used to do it once or twice per month. Also the extra skin does no favors. Stomach and inner thighs really do bring down my confidence. But there is nothing I can do about it. But I manage. :) I have also started a 5x5 Stronglifts program, so I have to eat. I did lift before, but never so focused on increasing the weight.


Which brings me to the next phase - figuring out the macros and calories for gaining strength and lean mass, while keeping the fat mass low. Won't be easy, but I believe I will manage that as well. :)

For who ever might wonder how i did it - counting calories essentially. For the first year paired with whole foods based keto as preference for managing satiety and PCOS. Then kept the deficit and switched to low carb.
