Rarely drink alcohol...like never Lol...so no problem there. I tend to stick to lean protein and veggies anyway and I don't eat much so portion control isn't an issue...I hate feeling overly full.
I will still workout as usual, maybe even more than usual.
My problem is that I do like all the holiday pies and cheesecakes...but I usually only have a taste or a very small (sliver) slice because again I don't like the feeling of being full

The same as most years. I don’t change my habits. If workout day falls on Christmas I still do my workout. Past years I have been on a lean out for 13 weeks leading up to Christmas and the new year. Then when everyone else is trying to lose the Christmas gain I am bulking.

Certainly won't deny myself but don't want to feel over-indulged either. I'm gluten intolerant so there's a limit to what I can usually eat anyway (probably a good thing). It's a good question - and one that I'm exploring with clients atm
