I wanted to share a little about my weight loss journey and a workout I’ve fallen in love with: boxing! Over the past year, I’ve worked hard to make consistent progress, and trying new things like this has kept me motivated and excited.
Yesterday, I added boxing moves to my full-body circuit: 1 minute of punches, 1 minute of hooks, and 1 minute of uppercuts—all done fast and hard, with no breaks for 3 rounds. It was such a rush, and today my upper body and waist are feeling it! I’ve been using these as my HIIT cardio bursts alongside dumbbells for strength, and it’s been incredible for toning and calorie burning.
