It’s mind-blowing to look back and see how far I’ve come. The side-by-side comparison of my “before” and “now” photos truly feels like looking at two different people. The physical transformation is undeniable, but what’s even more incredible is the mental and emotional growth that has come with it.
My journey started at over 365 pounds. Back then, I struggled not just with my weight but also with self-doubt, metabolic challenges, and menopause, all of which made every step forward feel like climbing a mountain. But I decided to commit to change.
Through lifestyle changes, bariatric surgery (RNY), medication, and consistent effort, I’ve gone from 365+ to under 200 pounds, with my sights set on reaching 150. My progress hasn’t been linear—it’s been slow, with setbacks along the way. But I’ve learned to embrace the journey, not just the destination.
Today, I feel like a completely different person—not just in appearance but in how I move, think, and feel. My confidence has skyrocketed, and I finally feel like I’m living life fully.
To anyone struggling: YOU CAN DO IT. If I can transform my life after decades of battling obesity, you can too. Consistency is key. Stay patient, stay focused, and believe in yourself.
