🙈 I’ve lost weight from around 162 kg to about 60 kg, and let me tell you, it's been a wild ride! I’ve had three tightening surgeries, and now that those are behind me, I’m almost at the finish line in terms of that part of the journey. But here’s the thing—I have zero strength. Like, lifting a crate of water is a real struggle for me, and it’s so frustrating! I have no idea how I used to manage with all that extra weight. 😱
That’s why I’m ready to shift gears and focus on building muscle. I want to feel stronger, but honestly, I’m a total newbie when it comes to strength training. Right now, the only thing I’m doing right is making sure I get enough protein. 😂 I know that’s a good start, but I could really use some guidance on how to move forward.

I’d love to start with some basic exercises, but I don’t even know where to begin! Should I be doing bodyweight stuff, or should I be diving into weights? How much is too much? I want to make sure I’m doing this right without hurting myself or feeling discouraged.
If anyone has tips on where to start or how to structure things when you’re at square one with muscle building, I’d really appreciate it! I’m determined to get stronger, and I know it’s going to take time, but I’m ready for this next step! 💪
