From 2019 to 2020, I managed to lose 100 lbs—a huge milestone in my weight loss journey. However, in 2022, I regained 30 lbs, which was frustrating and disheartening. But instead of letting it bring me down, I recommitted to my goals, pushed myself to stay focused, and slowly worked my way back to a healthier, more comfortable place.
It wasn’t easy. Regaining weight made me feel like I was losing control again, but I knew this journey was never meant to be straightforward. I had to dig deep and focus on breaking the habits I had developed from childhood obesity—habits that had become ingrained over the years. Learning to change my mindset around food, emotional eating, and my relationship with exercise took both time and patience.

But through it all, I never gave up, and I have absolutely no regrets. Every step, whether forward or backward, taught me something new about myself, my resilience, and what I’m capable of. The path wasn’t perfect, but it was worth it. I'm finally back in a place where I feel good in my body, comfortable in my skin, and proud of the progress I’ve made.
Staying focused on my goals and working on my habits daily has allowed me to move forward. This journey isn’t over, but I’m stronger and more determined than ever to keep going, knowing that I can overcome any setbacks.
