I started this journey at 358 pounds, and today, I'm proud to say I've reached 152 pounds. It wasn’t an overnight transformation—it took time, patience, and commitment. The key to my success was a consistent calorie deficit, drinking plenty of water, and making sure to stay active every single day. But I didn’t just rely on the gym; life handed me two little personal trainers—my toddlers! Chasing after them became an unexpected but effective form of exercise. Every day, I was running, bending, lifting, and keeping up with their endless energy, which helped me stay on track.
I made sure to focus on what I could control: my daily calorie intake and my water consumption. Staying hydrated not only kept me feeling fuller longer, but it also helped me stay energized for my workouts and daily activities. I incorporated exercise, whether it was a structured workout or just keeping up with the kids. It wasn’t easy, but I reminded myself that every step forward was progress, no matter how small.
I didn’t do it alone—my family was there to support me, and their encouragement kept me going even on the toughest days. Now, as I look at where I started and where I am today, I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. This journey has been hard, but it's also been worth every single effort. If I can do it, anyone can. Stay consistent and believe in yourself!
