It's possible. I have about 20-30 lbs left to lose, and I know that this part is going to be the hardest. But I've already lost 85 lbs, and that’s proof that I can keep pushing through. It’s tough right now because I’ve been stuck in a plateau for the past week and a half. But I’m not giving up. I keep reminding myself how far I’ve come and the changes I’ve already experienced.
The difference in how I feel, both mentally and physically, is just crazy. I can put on shoes without struggling, something I couldn’t even imagine before. I move so much better, and everyday tasks aren’t as debilitating as they used to be. The best part? I don’t sweat excessively just from doing simple things like going to the store. That was such a constant before, and now, I feel so much more comfortable in my body.
