Insufficient duration of sleep is linked to an increase in risk factors for cardiovascular diseases: overweight, hypertension, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, irritability, stress.
It is therefore very important to sleep at least 6 hours per night, ideally a night of 7 or 8 hours. Good to know: a nap of 20 minutes is also very good for health.
