Hey everyone, just a reminder that your weight loss journey is exactly that—a journey, not a race. The first picture I'm sharing is from 2016 when I was at my heaviest. The second picture is from yesterday. It's been eight years and I've lost 130 pounds.
I want to tell you, don’t EVER give up just because the scale isn’t moving fast enough. Celebrate those non-scale victories! Celebrate the changes in your body. Every time you can move a little better, breathe a little easier, or feel a little more confident, that’s a victory.
There will be times when it feels like progress is slow or even non-existent. That’s okay. Remember that every step forward, no matter how small, is progress. It’s not just about the number on the scale. It's about how you feel, how you move, and how you live your life.

Celebrate being able to take the stairs without getting winded. Celebrate fitting into clothes you haven’t worn in years. Celebrate feeling stronger and more energetic. These are the moments that truly matter.
Each milestone, whether it’s a new number on the scale or a new ability in your daily life, is worth celebrating. So keep pushing forward, be patient with yourself, and recognize that every little victory is a step towards a healthier, happier you.
Your journey is unique, and it’s important to honor every part of it. Keep going, stay positive, and remember—you’ve got this!
