Top 3 Changes:
1 - No Regular Alcohol: Cutting out regular alcohol has made a significant difference.
2 - Fasting and Balanced Eating: I practice intermittent fasting. I eat anything for breakfast and always have a cooked, proper meal for lunch at 2 PM. My meals mainly include chicken, fish, sides, and desserts. After lunch, I don't eat any solid food, only drink herbal teas, almond milk, and rarely smoothies.
3 - Regular Exercising: I exercise 3-4 times a week for 45 minutes using 5 kg weights. I also play squash for an hour once a week and walk my dog for an hour daily.
